What's Wrong with You? is an emotional well-being tool to help you pause, name what's happening, and make sense of a personal or shared situation.

The app offers a seven-step journey inspired by emotional cards: describe the situation, acknowledge what you're feeling, locate the physical sensation, identify the emotion, discover what you need, choose available resources, and close with a supportive phrase.

You can use it individually for an intimate session at your own pace, or in group mode, designed for couples, families, support groups, or guided sessions where several people want to hear different perspectives on the same situation.

What you can do:

- Explore cards of feelings, sensations, emotions, needs, resources, and empowering phrases.

- Create a session step by step and save the final board.

- Pin cards that help you understand a situation.

- Check your progress and history of completed sessions.

- Activate local reminders if you want to practice again.

- Export or delete your data directly from the app.

Your session information is stored locally on your device. You don't need to create an account to use the app, and your sessions are not sent to our servers.

The app is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, or emergency services. It is a space for reflection, self-care, and respectful support.
