Cryptocurrencies are not "legal tender" whose value is guaranteed by a country or region, like the Japanese yen or the US dollar. They are electronic data exchanged over the internet. Cryptocurrencies can fluctuate in price. There is a risk of losses due to sharp price drops in cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrency exchange businesses are required to register with the Financial Services Agency (FSA) and/or the Regional Finance Bureau. When using a service, please verify its registration status on the FSA/FOR Finance Bureau website.

When trading cryptocurrencies, please ensure you fully understand the transaction details and risks (price fluctuation risk, cybersecurity risk, etc.) from the service provider, including whether they have received any administrative penalties from the FSA/FOR Finance Bureau.

Consultations regarding cryptocurrencies and fraudulent coins are increasing. Please be aware of scams and unscrupulous business practices that exploit the popularity of cryptocurrencies or take advantage of the introduction of cryptocurrency exchange services.

Main Risks Related to Cryptocurrency Trading
Cryptocurrencies are not Japanese or foreign currencies. The cryptocurrencies handled by our company are "decentralized cryptocurrencies" traded and issued on the internet, and their value is not guaranteed by any specific country, region, or other entity. Crypto assets may be subject to restrictions on use or ownership in certain countries or regions due to laws and other regulations.

In crypto asset trading, fluctuations in trading prices may result in a significant decrease in the value of the crypto asset or incurring losses.

Crypto asset trading involves a price difference between buying and selling crypto assets. During periods of rapid market changes or decreased liquidity, this price difference may widen, or order acceptance may be suspended, potentially preventing you from executing your intended trades.

The value of the crypto asset itself may become worthless due to a failure in the transfer mechanism or other reasons.

If our business operations are disrupted due to bankruptcy or other reasons, we may be unable to return deposited funds and crypto assets.

If you lose your private key, you may be unable to use your crypto assets and may lose their value. Furthermore, if your private key is disclosed to a third party, you may incur unforeseen losses.

Crypto assets can only be used for payment with the consent of the counterparty receiving the payment.

Before trading crypto assets, please carefully read the "Pre-Contract Disclosure Statement" and the "Overview of Crypto Assets Handled" and other relevant documents, and trade at your own discretion and responsibility after fully understanding their contents. If you have any questions, please be sure to confirm them before starting trading.

There may be a difference between the order price displayed on the trading screen when placing an order and the actual execution price. This may occur due to communication issues between your device and our trading system, or due to delays in order processing in our trading system after receiving your order, such as sudden market fluctuations. This may work to your advantage or disadvantage.

Due to disasters, public network communication failures, delays in recording processing in the crypto asset value transfer record system, or other circumstances beyond our control, you may be unable to execute the trade you intended.
