Worst app ever. My lock won't stay synced permanently (or even for a week) and keeps having to update. Half of the time when I try to update it, it says I don't have the BLE credentials. This app sucks. These locks suck. Whoever designed and coded this app should use these locks for a year and see how they like it.

It works flawlessly... 80% of the time. It's slow like you'd never imagine. It constantly fails to unlock the door, frequently needs updates, and often only restarting the app will make it work. It is an extremely slow process for the app to connect and then unlock the door. Maybe AI can help with this app code.

If I could give this company a zero star review I would. If you are moving to an apartment that uses these locks then avoid them like the plague. The locks are slow to open and constantly needs an update. It wouldnt bother me if there was a physical key alternative and you could use your phone as a back up, but your phone is the only way in and out of your apartment and if you lose it, break it, or it dies you are SOL. I will not renew my lease because of these awful locks.
