Ratings and reviews

It works flawlessly... 80% of the time. It's slow like you'd never imagine. It constantly fails to unlock the door, frequently needs updates, and often only restarting the app will make it work. It is an extremely slow process for the app to connect and then unlock the door. Maybe AI can help with this app code.

Truly awful app with awful support. Disconnects as soon as the "unlock" button is pressed. I will literally not be renewing my lease because I will never live in a place that forces their residents to use such a poorly supported app.. Update: the app was updated. nothing was fixed.

Horrible app. Currently can't lock/unlock our apartment door when we leave because it kicked me out keeps telling me my password is incorrect even though I just changed it multiple times. Tried every thing to see if it would fix it. Nothing works.
