About Instant Copy Mode (Accessibility Service):
Quick Translate includes an optional feature called Instant Copy Mode, which uses Android's Accessibility API to let you select and copy or translate any text visible on your screen instantly, without taking a screenshot or starting a screen recording.
This feature only reads the text and layout currently shown on your screen at the moment you activate it. It does not record your screen, capture audio, log your keystrokes, monitor your activity in the background, access personal data, or send any information to us or anyone else. No screen content is stored or transmitted.
Instant Copy Mode is completely optional. You can enable or disable it anytime from your phone's Settings > Accessibility > Quick Translate Copy Mode. The app's core translation features work fully without it, using an alternative screenshot-based method for the same functionality.
Permissions Used:
— Screen overlay: to display translation results over other apps
— Internet access: to connect to translation services
— Accessibility Service (optional): powers Instant Copy Mode as described above
— Camera: for scanning text and documents
