Customer payments can be added to the booking to know how the payment status is. This Rental Ninja's feature makes the difference, as it helps you to keep actualized your bookings payments status, from anywhere at any time, eliminating the need for a paper-based method for the check-ins/outs responsible. These payments are usually added by different users of the app, only if they are signed up and authorized for it, like the check-in/out agents or the reception personnel. The app will save the information about who added the payment and the payment method, for its control.
You can also add comments and pictures to rentals and bookings to save critical operational information such as receipts, invoices, keys that were given to the clients, damages found in a rental that needs a fix or much other important information. This way, you will keep organized all your information, updated and everyone will have access to the data they need to do their tasks.
