The application provides agents with a centralized dashboard to access customer information, KYC requests, loyalty card services, and business statistics, helping deliver a faster and more seamless customer onboarding experience.
Key Features
Customer Management
Agents can create and manage both Individual and Corporate customer accounts. The application allows agents to save Corporate customer registrations as Draft, search customers using filters such as Account Type, Status, and Date Range, and view customer account details, including KYC Tier and account status.
KYC Management
Quick Agent simplifies the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by allowing agents to submit and manage Individual and Corporate KYC requests. Agents can track requests based on Approved, Pending, Draft, and Declined statuses, monitor customer KYC Tier, and update customer KYC by scanning the customer's QR code.
Loyalty Card Services
Agents can activate customer loyalty cards by scanning the loyalty card QR code and instantly check available loyalty reward points. The application also supports customer QR code scanning to quickly access customer KYC services.
Agent Dashboard
The home dashboard provides agents with quick access to customer statistics, KYC summaries, loyalty card operations, and their digital Agent Card. The Agent Card includes the agent's information and QR code, with options to view, download, and print the card whenever required.
Customer Card Management
Agents can view customer Quickmart cards and conveniently download or print customer cards directly from the application.
