Nachiketa here, the developer of the app. I wanted to take a minute and introduce you to glyde (and hopefully excite you enough to give it a try!)

our goal is to simplify your taxes. that's it. it's all we care about. and in thinking about how to achieve that, we've broken down taxes on glyde into 4 easy to use feature sets for y'all. let's walk through them one by one.

one of the most important aspects of being able to save your money is to pay your advance taxes on time. glyde demystifies calculation of advance taxes and tells you exactly how much tax liability you have. another important part is understanding which tax regime will be fit for you when you finally file your tax return. to help you with that, we readily calculate your taxability and keep you up to date on what tax regime is optimal for you. these features help you in tax planning so that you can rest easy.

pay in a pinch
glyde's payment feature ensures that paying your dues is as smooth as it can be. we've simplified the tax payment process and kept it transparent to avoid last-minute tax payment hassles. what's more? you can pay tax using UPI! want other payment methods? we've got that too! basically, we've made tax payments super simple.

gone are the days when filing your income tax return (ITR) was a dreaded task. with glyde, you can just use autofill. what's autofill you ask? well, it's something that can get all your incomes, deductions, tax credits, and other details without you having to do much. it's like magic but better. once your tax return is complete, we will review it for you and pick out all the errors so you submit your ITR without any hassle. and after that, just swipe to e-file your tax return.

➡️ mostly, yes but it depends on your tax situation. if you just have income from salary, or have some trades from a broker, you can file your tax return for free. but in some cases you'd need to upgrade your plan to file.
3️⃣ how do you protect my data?
➡️ we treat your trust in us like a rare treasure, guarded by a fire-breathing dragon, in a castle, surrounded by a moat filled with alligators. we're more of the "we'll keep your secrets secret" type. no, seriously, we mean it. we don't sell your data any third parties and use industry standard security practices when managing it.

I used to be a fanboy of Quicko and how they simplified income tax filing and made it look like a 5 year olds job. I am an elite member of the portal as well which I thought is a great buy to gain access to the awesome features (bummer that they were free earlier but its okay). However due to the recent developments that too around prime usage time of the platform you decide to bring some so called awesome features due to which the whole platform is unusable is never justified. You've lost it.

I am frustrated with the application's recent performance. Despite previous excellence, there have been issues lately, especially with no updates for over 45 days. This is hindering my ability to file my ITR 3, which is concerning as I have already paid for the service. Attempts to contact customer service have been unfruitful, with promises only resulting in delays. Please don't go for this application it's better to file somewhere else.

I used the app last year and was able to successfully file taxes for my entire family. This year nothing works. First it took forever to enable ITR filing, then all my submissions and progress was lost when app got updated. Now when I'm starting again, neither auto fill or do it yourself to add the data is working Why change something that is not broken!! I see this is a pattern, everyone facing similar issues. Why experiment now, have to ditch this app
