About this app
QuickPickups Driver is the work app for drivers of QuickPickups, the Barcelona-based transfer operator. If you drive for our fleet, this is where you receive your rides, execute them step by step and keep your invoicing up to date. No paperwork, no unnecessary phone calls.
What you can do with the app:
- Ride offers: receive personal assignments and open offers from the fleet market, and accept or decline with one tap.
- Peer handoffs: if you cannot cover a ride, hand it over to another fleet driver in a controlled way.
- Step-by-step ride execution: on the way, at the meeting point, passenger on board, completed. Your manager sees the progress in real time.
- One-tap navigation: open the route in Google Maps or Waze straight from the ride.
- Flight tracking: for airport pickups, the app shows you the status of the passenger's flight.
- No-show with evidence: if the passenger does not show up, record the incident with a timer and photos as proof.
- Clear payments: on every ride you see whether the customer has already paid or you collect in cash or by card.
- Invoices: check your monthly invoices and download the PDF from the app.
- Notifications inbox: every important alert, always available even if you miss the push notification.
- Available in Spanish and English.
About your location: the app uses GPS only while you have an active ride and the app is in the foreground, so the manager and the customer can follow the transfer. Outside an active ride, the app does not access or share your location.
Important: this app is only for drivers of the QuickPickups fleet. There is no open sign-up: access is by invitation and you log in with a code sent to your professional email. If you do not work with QuickPickups, the app will not let you in.
