This delivery service was either a hit or a miss for me. I ordered with them five times. The 4th time, I received wrong change (which they later reimbursed me) and the 5th time my delivery was nearly an hour late. I personally find them to be unreliable and so I won't be using their service anymore.

After waiting an hr I called the line and was told they had some delay in getting some of the pieces we wanted so they had to wait for them so expect them in 20 mins. Strangely, another staff called back to say they went to another branch to get the order because KFC had issues so give him 8 mins as he is just waiting to collect the order. 15 mins after he called me back with some other conflicting story. Long story short near 2 hrs in we had to just cancel because they couldn't get it right.

Awesome app. Easy to use...as a first timer i didn't have any issues finding what i want and getting my order at the exact times that they had displayed my order to arrive .. lovely service and friendly people. Good vibes.
