About this app

With this app for Quilter platform customers, you can:
• go paperless and view your documents online
• view valuations and performance
• check if a transaction has gone through, including money paid in and out
• keep your personal details up to date (such as your email address and security information)
• carry out simple instructions, such as switches, plus top up your ISA, Collective Investment Account or Collective Retirement Account

For customers already registered for Quilter’s online Customer Centre, you can use the same login details you use when accessing the online Customer Centre.

We have designed our app using the latest security features to protect your investments and for your peace of mind.

This app is for Quilter platform customers only. It is not currently available for Quilter Cheviot, Quilter Investors, Quilter Financial Planning, or Quilter Financial Advisers.

After the upgrade I too had the dreaded " securing device" error for many days. I had to reinstall the app, sign in again completely and then eventually after going through the security it logged me back in as usual. so do the above if you get " securing device" and it should work👍🏾 UPDATE JULY 2026. Now unable to use the Biometrics option. says its disabled on my settings but I use biometrics on all other apps. I've emailed the developers but no response as yet. Not happy

Was great until some new security scan has appeared, so takes 10 seconds to open now. What is it scanning?? Update - 4 emails in with support and having offered no explanation about what it is scanning, told me it will speed up at first, then told me it just does take 20s to open and that is normal. Not good enough.

Very good app. Not the clearest for transferring an ISA from another platform but probably user error
