About this app

With this app for Quilter platform customers, you can:
• go paperless and view your documents online
• view valuations and performance
• check if a transaction has gone through, including money paid in and out
• keep your personal details up to date (such as your email address and security information)
• carry out simple instructions, such as switches, plus top up your ISA, Collective Investment Account or Collective Retirement Account

For customers already registered for Quilter’s online Customer Centre, you can use the same login details you use when accessing the online Customer Centre.

We have designed our app using the latest security features to protect your investments and for your peace of mind.

This app is for Quilter platform customers only. It is not currently available for Quilter Cheviot, Quilter Investors, Quilter Financial Planning, or Quilter Financial Advisers.

Not that useful given that it forces you to perform a full login everytime you use it. l use a secure password that's too long to memorise and don't intend to write it down and carry it around with me. Why can't Quilter use the same approach as banking apps and use a pin number once initial 2 factor authentication has authorised use of the phone.

on a Google pixel 6 running android 16. after having issues getting onto the website, I decided to install the quilter app. very clear,all information on my account are available, easy to navigate. I haven't done any withdrawals, so can't comment on how easy 🤞 that is. and when finished, log out. Definitely better than some of the other banking type apps out there 👍

Useful app to keep track of our Quilter investment. Slight annoyance that the graph defaults to a 5 year period (meaningless) as we've only had the investment for 6 months.
