I am a member of NALA but can't log in to this app. It says user not found. I logged into NALA on my laptop, but can't get in on the app.

Glitches and selects the wrong answer and takes points off score

Uhm I can't get in because it's asking for login information that I don't have because it's my first time using the app. Please help me, 🙏🏽
