QuoDesk turns the work you do on site into an invoice, without the paperwork in between.

FIELD WORK, RECORDED PROPERLY
Log hours against a customer and a job, or record a trip with its start and end point and the distance driven. Attach photos as evidence — each one keeps the place and time it was taken. Take the location with one tap, or type the address yourself; QuoDesk records which of the two it was, so nobody has to guess later.

CONFIRMED BY THE CUSTOMER
Send a work log or a trip to your customer for confirmation. They approve it from an e-mail, with no account and no app to install. The confirmation is stored with its timestamp, so what you invoice is what they already agreed to.

QUOTES THAT COME BACK SIGNED
Send a quote, let the customer sign it online, and turn the signed quote into an invoice. Attachments can travel with it.

INVOICING
Invoices and credit notes with your own numbering, VAT handling, several currencies and your own logo. Send by e-mail, or over Peppol where your customer supports it. European VAT numbers are checked against VIES as you type. Incoming Peppol invoices arrive in an inbox of their own.

THE OVERVIEW
Open balance, what is overdue, turnover by month and by year, an ageing breakdown of what you are owed, and a revenue report per customer with a VAT summary. Export to Excel or CSV.

BUILT FOR MOBILE
Fingerprint, face or PIN unlock. Notifications when a customer confirms a work log or signs a quote. Everything you enter on the phone is on the web in the same moment.

SEVEN LANGUAGES
Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Turkish — the app, your documents and your e-mail to the customer, each set separately.

WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO
No advertising. No analytics. Maps, address lookup and route distances run on our own servers, so your customers' addresses are not sent to a third-party mapping provider.
