Honestly, there are stringent limitations on how you can move money into the ring account, and you can't transfer money out, but it serves a great purpose and the ring is secured by a pin as well. had a technical error while activating the ring but customer service was helpful. the system is locked down like fort Knox, and the app is difficult to navigate, still I give it 5 stars once you learn how to navigate, I used gpt a lot. this is a niche system and not a lot of people have this yet.

The new app is awesome. Thanks for listening to your customers. Biometric login is a great add. I no longer have to use a browser to look up my acct # or to make transfers to external accts. I like that your products can be viewed through the app. The layout and interface is smooth. Only thing is I have not successfully connected other external accts, but not a deal breaker for me. Also, would be cool if within accts, we could create buckets, like Ally and also rename accts like in the old app.

Their Zelle integration is extremely slow. The Zelle dashboard takes about 5 minutes to load up, and will crash if the screen goes to sleep.
