The app is a gimped version of the desktop site. If you need to quickly add a To-Do, or workorder it's fine, and oddly enough for cleanings it has more functionality than the site. However, there is no option to do basic things like edit employee information, or add a new employee or vendor, or even search for a previous log entry. Trying to use the website on a mobile device forces the "mobile-friendly" version (which is just the app), even when overriden by desktop mode. So frustrating.

Jessi- Thanks for the feedback! You're right, the functionality of the mobile app is different from the desktop site—that's intentional. We designed the mobile app for the "on the go" tasks (work orders, cleanings, etc) and desktop for detailed actions or more admin-focused tasks (reports, staff info, etc). Our Support Team can elaborate on this :)

Almost 4 years of use. When is the last time anyone clicked on a notification and it didn't bring you to the thing it notified you of? They don't want to add this simple functionality. Also lacking the ability to customize your hotel and not get a brand template. Tons of other small things that add up to a non fluid experience for you and your staff. Eventually you can't care and keep using it, let me know when the idea is off the back burner. Just a reminder it has not changed on the user side.

This app could use some serious improvement. For example "oh no, are we breaking up?" Is absolutely ridiculous. I get it, the app needs connectivity. HOWEVER why not allow the app to still function and sync changes once connectivity becomes available? I've never seen an app that doesn't do this, but instead completely shuts down until it regains connectivity. Clearly quore is in the early stages of development, because issues like this would most certainly drive people mad.
