Editing my review 2 years later: minor improvements have been made, but the app still consistently kicks you out of whatever you were writing if your connection changes. instead of staying on the page you get the "no connection" message with no warning, usually causing you to have to retype. We still can't view ticket history in app, and the inspections are slightly buggy in that if you try to scroll back up you often end up refreshing instead. Website is great, app still needs a lot of work.

Hi Caity- We sincerely apologize for the troubles you're having! There are features specifically accessible to desktop users and others to mobile users. I really like the app, we've been using it for years. The only thing that gets very irritating (and only started happening recently) is i get repeat notifications even after I clear a task or work order out, I'll get notifications for days after and not just one, but one every 5 or 10 minutes. same thing with work orders that I have paused, I'll still get notifications popping up every 5 to 10 minutes and it gets very irritating.

The app is a gimped version of the desktop site. If you need to quickly add a To-Do, or workorder it's fine, and oddly enough for cleanings it has more functionality than the site. However, there is no option to do basic things like edit employee information, or add a new employee or vendor, or even search for a previous log entry. Trying to use the website on a mobile device forces the "mobile-friendly" version (which is just the app), even when overriden by desktop mode. So frustrating.

Jessi- Thanks for the feedback! You're right, the functionality of the mobile app is different from the desktop site—that's intentional. We designed the mobile app for the "on the go" tasks (work orders, cleanings, etc) and desktop for detailed actions or more admin-focused tasks (reports, staff info, etc). Our Support Team can elaborate on this :)
