Editing my review 2 years later: minor improvements have been made, but the app still consistently kicks you out of whatever you were writing if your connection changes. instead of staying on the page you get the "no connection" message with no warning, usually causing you to have to retype. We still can't view ticket history in app, and the inspections are slightly buggy in that if you try to scroll back up you often end up refreshing instead. Website is great, app still needs a lot of work.

Hi Caity- We sincerely apologize for the troubles you're having! There are features specifically accessible to desktop users and others to mobile users. The connectivity of this app is the worst ever. Very rarely do I get through doing longer tasks on it without it saying there is no network connection, try again which only works 1/10 times. Then I have to restart what I was working on because it doesn't save your progress. I have a decent phone but your app sometimes makes me want to throw it across the room! Please fix the connection issues!

horrible app navigation and connectivity. When the app loses connection to network and the "try again" shows tapping on it does nothing. Using the devices navigation it will close the app and/or not display work orders just a blank screen. Push notifications are a joke at best. Some days I get all the notifications other days nothing and have to refresh the app. Mobile access is severely limited. phones and tablets are quite similar to a web browser so the app being limited access is pointless.
