I've been having issues with Quore for several months now. I keep getting the error message that I don't have internet connection when I do. All other apps work flawlessly except Quore. I emailed technical support how about a month ago and we have gone back and forth with screen recordings and screenshots and all they tell me is that they will inform their development team. And before you say it, I do not like the web portal because I do not get notifications when work orders are placed.

Needs lots of improvements. The app doesn't take you to the actual notification clicked or tapped. It should allow us to go to past days records so that we can keep track. Bugs need to be fixed. Slow response. I'm in a new user to this platform but if I see no improvements after feedbacks, I will consider canceling the subscription.

Hi Jay- thanks for the feedback. I’m really sorry this is your first experience with Quore as it doesn't meet our expectations either! Clearly, we fell short, and I apologize. The app is a gimped version of the desktop site. If you need to quickly add a To-Do, or workorder it's fine, and oddly enough for cleanings it has more functionality than the site. However, there is no option to do basic things like edit employee information, or add a new employee or vendor, or even search for a previous log entry. Trying to use the website on a mobile device forces the "mobile-friendly" version (which is just the app), even when overriden by desktop mode. So frustrating.

Jessi- Thanks for the feedback! You're right, the functionality of the mobile app is different from the desktop site—that's intentional. We designed the mobile app for the "on the go" tasks (work orders, cleanings, etc) and desktop for detailed actions or more admin-focused tasks (reports, staff info, etc). Our Support Team can elaborate on this :)
