Editing my review 2 years later: minor improvements have been made, but the app still consistently kicks you out of whatever you were writing if your connection changes. instead of staying on the page you get the "no connection" message with no warning, usually causing you to have to retype. We still can't view ticket history in app, and the inspections are slightly buggy in that if you try to scroll back up you often end up refreshing instead. Website is great, app still needs a lot of work.

I use this application at work on a Samsung Galaxy tablet. if I do anything else on the tablet, such as using the camera app or looking at any other application other than Quore, Quore drops its connection... so for example, when I go to take a photograph of something I'm working on, if I was silly enough to have started the work order in Quore before switching to take the photograph, I have to redo the whole work order. I'd rather use pen and paper.

The connectivity of this app is the worst ever. Very rarely do I get through doing longer tasks on it without it saying there is no network connection, try again which only works 1/10 times. Then I have to restart what I was working on because it doesn't save your progress. I have a decent phone but your app sometimes makes me want to throw it across the room! Please fix the connection issues!
