About this app

QTable is the booking tool for restaurant and beach club operators. The mobile app carries over the essentials of the back office, designed to be used standing up, in the middle of service.

TODAY'S SERVICE
Every booking of the day, grouped by time, with its status and payment state. Filter by status or by service when you run several — the restaurant on one side, the beach on the other.

TAKE A BOOKING IN SECONDS
A guided flow, one question per screen: service, date, party size, time slot, guest. Party size is capped by the real capacity of your inventory, never by an arbitrary number. The guest's name autocompletes from the first letters, so you stop creating a new record on every visit.

A guest books the beach then the restaurant? Tick both services: the app checks that both are available before committing you.

YOUR GUEST BASE
Each phone number maps to a single record, kept up to date on its own: visits, no-shows, cancellations, contact details and your internal notes. Calling or texting takes one tap.

YOUR INVENTORY
Rooms, units and combinations. Create thirty sunbeds in one go, fix a capacity, pull a table out of service while it is repaired. The app speaks your vocabulary: it says "sunbed" or "cabana" when that is what you operate.

YOUR SERVICES AND CATALOGUE
Each service has its booking mode — by table or by unit —, its payment policy and its rules, which override the venue's when needed. The catalogue defines the add-ons sold alongside (parasol, towel) and what guests may request.

YOUR PAYMENTS
Active card holds, collected deposits, pending payments. Resend a payment link by SMS, release a hold as a gesture of goodwill, charge a no-show — without leaving the floor.

Modules available depending on your plan: a voice agent that answers the phone and takes bookings, an online booking site, and full branding.

QTable requires an account linked to a configured venue.
