Quotivis is a profitability calculation tool for building tradespeople and small construction companies.

The application calculates your actual hourly rate based on your figures: revenue, annual expenses, desired compensation, number of people on site, days worked, and billable hours per day. It then derives three benchmarks: a minimum rate, below which you lose money; a recommended rate; and a safety rate that includes contingencies and after-sales service.
