please don't ever pay them money this app is useless...time waste and money also , you won't find any student out there , you've to pay 15 dollar every month for just contact with student and most of them aren't students. indians and Pakistanis they are joining as a student in search of student wasting your time and money. disappointed with the management and organizers.. they aren't helpful at all they just want money.. that's it .....

why am I not able to unsubscribe after I subscribed? I've been using the app for close to an year and now I wanted to unsubscribe but the unsubscribe section is not visible on my profile.

If you unsubscribe from your plan but have a large amount of hours, you will lose the hours if you decide to unsubscribe. Ridiculous policy. But besides that it really is a very useful app. Edit: after speaking with the team in charge, I was able to have my hours last for another year. The team responds very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this app
