why am I not able to unsubscribe after I subscribed? I've been using the app for close to an year and now I wanted to unsubscribe but the unsubscribe section is not visible on my profile.

when I first joined the app, many people messaged me. I looked at many of their profiles and saw they had people who have ijazah in tajweed and also in qira. I've only picked one teacher from hundreds and I have to say I'm very satisfied with the service they provide.

If you unsubscribe from your plan but have a large amount of hours, you will lose the hours if you decide to unsubscribe. Ridiculous policy. But besides that it really is a very useful app. Edit: after speaking with the team in charge, I was able to have my hours last for another year. The team responds very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this app
