If you unsubscribe from your plan but have a large amount of hours, you will lose the hours if you decide to unsubscribe. Ridiculous policy. But besides that it really is a very useful app. Edit: after speaking with the team in charge, I was able to have my hours last for another year. The team responds very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this app

I'm rating them 1 star bcoz once i applied as a tutor and also passed the test, when i had to select the time for my evaluation the page somehow skipped. And I couldn't book a slot, afterwards i emailed quote they asked. Me to contact their other email address and to request a time alot which i mailed them and haven't gotten a reply till today its been over a month. I emailed them again still didn't got a reply
