Straight up TRASH! You Hear Me?! Earbuds are connected to my phone via Bluetooth. I downloaded the app and it says the device is recognized. But, when I try to activate the device, it rejects the activation code after 1 use. The app forces the screen to stay on the little "device recognized" pop up with no way to get to the main screen on the app. Complete waste of my time. I'll stick with my translation glasses.

This app is ridiculous! It says the earbuds are not connected in the app, but I am actually listening to music through them on the same device. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Complete and utter garbage! I'd rate the app 0 if I could! Earbuds are connected to my device through Bluetooth, but the app says they're not connected. Nothing happens when you try to tap on which mode of translation you want to use. Nowhere to change languages if you want. Complete waste of time!

Right now I'v sent off a request for support. ANDROID - no FREE MODE which is super disappointing. No point having the XG99 earbuds which are supposed to support realtime, when the Android App doesnt have the option available. I hope there is an update (which I may have missed) which is in available and that a link update will be posted please. I see the potential of this program, but right now . . I'm one disappointed downloader. Not everyone can afford an APPLE !
