I just paid, and it's not even allowing me to make a before and after pic. It does 1 sec and then shuts off. I can't even go to the initial page. Please give me a refund. This app sucks

Already paid but when i made the video only could play for 1 second. Even already convert to mp3.

The video is in .webm format. Would be nicer to have a more commonly acceoted format like .mp4
