QWERTY mini works as a local keyboard. No data is collected.
It is not connected to any server or cloud, and inputs are processed exactly as you type - without prediction or auto-correction.
[Update 2025_11_14]
1.Added period & question mark keys on the main screen.
2. Expanded spacebar length.
3. Improvements to the keyboard design, including key embossing and simultaneous-input key indicators.
While various suggestions from user feedback will be actively reviewed for the next version, QWERTY mini applies the principles of minimalism -pursuing simplicity with its two-row, 16-key layout, achieving power through double-tap and simultaneous input, and maintaining a secure local input method.
Therefore, future updates will be developed within the scope that does not
compromise this core philosophy.
[Update 2025_10_14]
1. Keyboard partly covered by navigation bar
We have released an update to fix the issue where the keyboard may be partially covered by the navigation bar on certain devices.
Please update the QWERTY mini keyboard from the App Store and continue using it.
2. Enter key not switching to Search key
This issue occurs only on a very limited number of models and is caused by IME restrictions from the manufacturer or Google. As it is currently difficult to resolve, we recommend requesting a refund if this causes inconvenience.
[Main Features]
Unlike standard QWERTY (26 keys), QWERTY mini reduces the layout to just 16 keys in 2 rows, keeping typing natural and efficient.
Double tap: easily input the second character of each key.
Simultaneous tap: quickly input the first or second character using 4 edge keys.
(Example: O + T/G = T, L + T/G = G)
Why not standard QWERTY? (26 keys)
Designed for typewriters and ten-finger typing, the QWERTY keyboard has too many small keys on smartphones.
This causes frequent typos, slower typing speed, and high finger fatigue.
QWERTY mini solution (16 keys)
Key size increased by 66% (25% wider, 33% taller)
Comfortable thumb movement on mobile screens
Faster typing with fewer errors
