App is useless. It's impossibly hard to get the fridge connected in the first place. Then is seems to randomly decide when it would like to connect or not connect at any point in the future. How is this an "upgrade"? I had the previous version of this fridge for almost 3 years before it died. The previous app was dead simple to use and always stayed connected. This is trash!

I have an older 52qt fridge freezer and it uses a different app. It works great for over 5 years. Still works. My best friend bought a 63qt fridge freezer. It worked as it should after about 30 minutes of fiddling with it. Today we tried using his cooler and the QZSmart app, no bueno ! Won't connect to anything. Can't change power settings or even change from Celsius to Fahrenheit. This app totally blows !!! I am now rethinking about buying the bigger fridge freezer for my tiny house.

Simple but works. Have had this for years and there were times in the beginning where it just seemed to forget how to connect to the fridge... So much so that I gave up on using the app and just did everything on the fridge. For some reason, I decided to try it again and for the past month, this thing has been flawless. Makes it easy to control the fridge from our kitchen since we store it downstairs. Quite pleased with this rediscovery.
