No subscription or per-car fees. Available readings, tests and coding options depend on the fitted control units.

BEFORE YOU CONNECT
A compatible adapter is required and sold separately. Body and instrument-cluster coding and diagnostics require an OBD pin 7 to 8 bridge, or a compatible cable with that bridge enabled. Ordinary engine diagnostics do not require the bridge.
