Raad IoT is the mobile client for the Raad IoT platform. Sign in with the account your organisation issued you.

Digitalsom provisions accounts and there is no self sign-up. If your organisation does not use Raad IoT, start at raad-iot.com.

Tracking
Positions arrive from the tracking hardware fitted to your vehicles and assets, and the map updates as they land. Each asset shows its current position, speed and heading, and its trip history over any date range. You can draw geofences around depots, customer sites and restricted areas, and both entry and exit raise an event.

Fuel
The fuel chart plots tank readings over time, so a refuel and a sudden drop look different, and each sits next to where the vehicle was at that moment. Fuel transactions can be matched to the vehicle that took the fuel.

Video
Cameras in the cab and at fixed sites upload footage and stills. Driver safety events raised by the camera are listed with the relevant clip attached.

Metering
Connected meters report readings on a schedule, and consumption is charted per meter. Prepaid meters also record each top-up and the token issued.

Maintenance and tyres
Service tasks fall due on distance or on date, and inspection checks record what was found. Tyres carry their position on the vehicle, along with fitment and removal history.

Alerts and incidents
Rules turn conditions into alerts. Related alerts group into a single incident, so a team works one thread instead of a queue of repeated notifications.

Reports
Reports covering utilisation, distance, fuel and compliance run on demand, or on a schedule that delivers them repeatedly.

Carbon
The carbon module estimates emissions from recorded activity using published emission factors, broken down per asset and per period.

AI engine
An agent layer reads the same data and raises insights, for example a device that has stopped reporting. It proposes an action and queues it for a person to approve or dismiss. It does not carry anything out on its own.

Access and structure
The platform is multi-tenant. A partner can hold many accounts, an account can hold many sites, and roles decide what each user sees. Modules are licensed per account, so the menu reflects what your organisation has bought.

Support
You can raise a support case in the app, attach files to it, and link the assets the case is about.
