Tech Scene Simulator is a choice-based career simulation game that takes you on a deep dive into the Indonesian tech industry's workforce - from your first day of onboarding to your exit strategy (or burnout).

Every month, you are faced with real-world events in the tech scene: unnecessary meetings, inter-team drama, tempting side projects, salary raises, to offers to change companies. Every decision affects your reputation, stress, finances, and career.
MANAGE YOUR STATS
Reputation -> how much you are trusted at the office
Stress -> too high, and you burnout
XP & Level -> get a promotion, unlock new events
Financial -> salary, savings, installments, and monthly expenses
Network & Luck -> sometimes connections are more important than skill
SHOP & ASSETS
Buy vehicles, upgrade your residence, or pay off new gadgets. Your lifestyle choices affect your monthly cashflow.
WILDCARD EVENTS
Every now and then, unexpected events can change everything - founder fraud, intel operations, or sudden promotions. Ready or not.
MULTIPLE ENDINGS
How your career ends depends on the course of the story:
• Burnout: you are finished before reaching the peak
• Bankrupt: financial collapse, game over
• Founder Fraud: you get dragged into a company scandal
