The Rab3 app is the mobile arm of the Rab3 Real Estate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform—designed for real estate company employees to complete their work entirely from their mobile devices, quickly and with the same privileges they have on the platform.

◆ Unified Inbox: All your customer conversations from WhatsApp and other channels in one place: Reply, assign the conversation to an employee or route, close it for a clear reason, with quick replies, voice messages, and attachments—and see who sent each message. Rab3's smart automated replies are clearly distinguished.

◆ Sales Flow: Track your customers step by step: precise search and filters, add a new customer with a complete form, group assignment, comprehensive customer profile (overview, data, status, notes, follow-up) with quoting, booking, and switching between tracks.

◆ Integrated Communications
A complete in-app dial pad via your company's PBX: Call and answer, and the call continues even when you exit the app or lock your screen. Features include an instant customer card for each call, a unified call history, customizable ringtones, and support for a second call (answer/reject/ignore) without affecting your ongoing call.

◆ Projects and Units
Browse your company's projects and units with details, images, and brochures. Add and edit projects using a platform-matched template, and access an interactive map with developer logos.

◆ Broker Management
A list of your brokers with their indicators, the ability to add a new broker, and sharing a public self-registration link for brokers to register themselves.

◆ My Portal (Human Resources)
On-site attendance tracking, field work hours with explicit consent and continuous notification, and access to your employment data.
