I had 3 Rabbit Air purifiers set up, but after switching from our apartment’s internet to our own router, 2 of them won’t reconnect. The only one that does won’t reset the filter no matter how many times I try. After 30+ minutes I finally got a “local connect” option, but it still doesn’t work. For the cost of these units, the connection and app reliability are really disappointing.

Negative stars. Don't have WiFi and it won't let me connect via Bluetooth to view locally like the old app.

This new App requires an account setup in order to use the fan via app, old one didn't. ABSOLUTELY ZERO FK ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY! PEOPLE TAKE BACK THE INTERNET AND STOP GIVING OUT YOUR EMAIL OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION
