Ratings and reviews

Easy to use and reliable. This is great for setting up schedules for your air purifiers. I wrote this review about a year ago but am updating it because I see some negative reviews about connecting. I'm not sure, everyone's going to have a different experience, but this is literally one of the easiest apps I've used when it comes to connecting my smart home. I had zero issues during setup and I've never had to reset anything or do anything, everything just works.

I had 3 Rabbit Air purifiers set up, but after switching from our apartment’s internet to our own router, 2 of them won’t reconnect. The only one that does won’t reset the filter no matter how many times I try. After 30+ minutes I finally got a “local connect” option, but it still doesn’t work. For the cost of these units, the connection and app reliability are really disappointing.

Edit: Contacted customer service and they fixed the problem below almost immediately. Got the air filter connected to my Wi-Fi and all is good. The app gives me a PIN error as soon as I try to use it. Dead in the water before I can even get started. Makes me nauseous thinking how much I paid for the filter. I uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app. Same problem.
