Every time I wanna connect the device to my phone I have to spend 15 minutes trying random things and I also never would understand how it starts working!! Device is not connected os what I see although it connected!

It does connect to the Wi-Fi but the application still says it's not connected and I have no image. Just the lights on their vacuum cleaner go on.

The app downloads and I can find the device on Wi-Fi. But the app does not connect to the device. Meaning the camera on the device is useless
