its slow, refreshes at random points, and doesn't accurately display when a payment is due, nor is it particularly intuitive when my payments have gone through as it commonly says my payment didn't work despite it later appearing as being scheduled on the correct date, not the worst thing in the world but its easy to get anxiety over it either not charging you on time or charging you multiple times, I want to give you my money, the least you can do is make it intuitive to do so

It worked as intended until this morning. Tried to look at payments and payment history, and the app crashed at least 5 separate times. 3 times before I cleared the cache, and 2 times after. As long as this bug persists, I won't be able to make use of it nor make payments through the app. This needs to be fixed ASAP

OK so I am enrolled in paperless statements but my statements don't get sent to my email. All I get is emailed payment confirmations, but no actual statements which I like to have for records. In addition to that they don't get consistently uploaded into the app. Plus my "Amount Due," is forever changing and not accurate to what I was told I was gonna pay, and then when I call support they tell me my payment amount is different. So I'm not sure what's going on in with this app.
