Keeps crashing, or it "cannot connect" **update (3/31/23) And now after whatever "update" you did, it wont let me log in at all. My people tab is empty, my things tab is empty. I tried logging out and in, now it wont let me in. It wont let me reset password either. i deleted it and reinstalled, nothing. If i wanted garbage for hardware & software, i wouldve stayed with mediacom.

have had them for a little over a month and app has only bugged once. fast and easy to use. let's you group and classify your connected items which makes it easier to control who has access to the internet and when they have access to it
