Overtime & Salary is a practical net salary and overtime calculation application for employees. Calculations are based on the Labor Law (Law No. 4857) and current tax/social security rates.

• Net salary calculation: Calculate the amount you receive based on your gross or net salary, or hourly rate. • Overtime: Enter overtime hours with 50%, 100%, 125%, 150%, and 200% premiums and see the equivalent instantly. • Tax bracket selection: Net calculation according to 15%, 20%, 27%, 35%, and 40% brackets. • Detailed breakdown: Social security contributions, unemployment insurance, income tax, stamp duty, and minimum wage exemption are shown individually. • Overtime calendar: Enter how many hours you worked each day in the calendar and automatically see the monthly total and net equivalent. • Summary information on the Labor Law: General information on overtime, night work, weekly rest days, annual leave, minimum wage, and deductions.
