Love Neal's music but disappointed in the supposed lack of gapless transitions, even when the albums are downloaded and not streaming. Gapless transitions are especially important here seeing as how a large portion of Neal's albums are long suites broken into to multiple tracks on the track listings. Rather annoying not having a smooth segue into the next segment. Would be a 5 without this issue.

App stopped working some time ago. Can do absolutely NOTHING on this app. Also unable to download to any of my other devices. Totally worthless! I'm really wanting to be able to sign in to cancel my subscription but can't even do that!

Incredibly frustrating user experience for a paid subscription service. I'm close to asking for a refund. Why does the app keep deleting my downloaded music? Why does it still keep signing me out and tell me my password is incorrect when I am using the correct password? I've just come to the beach to listen to The Great Adventure but can't because I've been signed out and my downloads have been deleted. Incredibly inconsistent app experience.
