Radio Onda Stereo was born on 14 February 1988. The station was founded by Giuseppe Niolu, while the artistic director was Gigi Chessa.
Today, Radio Onda Stereo broadcasts on 98.3 FM for the north-west of Sardinia, on DAB (digital) throughout Sardinia, through the website www.ondastereo.it and the Ondastereo.it app.
Radio Onda Stereo is also visible on television, both on the website www.ondastereo.it and on digital terrestrial on channel 80 in the Radio Sardegna bouquet.
