RadixHR ESS is the employee self-service app for teams running on RadixHR. Clock in for your shift, check your payslip, request leave, and update your profile — all from your phone, in seconds.

• Clock in and out with one tap. Optional GPS verification keeps attendance honest when your company requires it.
• Track your hours at a glance. The home screen shows working hours, breaks, and your week's progress in a clean dashboard ring.
• Apply for leave in under a minute. See your live balance, tier-based encashment rates, accrual forecast, and a full transaction history before you submit.
• View payslips for any month or year. Earnings, deductions, net pay, and year-to-date totals — with a one-tap PDF download you can email to a landlord or loan officer.
