Permissions Notice: Block Guard requires "Default SMS Handler" and "Default Phone Handler" permissions. These are necessary to send/receive messages and manage calls directly, allowing the app to filter spam effectively before it reaches your notifications.

Ratings and reviews

A game changer. The ability to tap a button to accept calls only from contacts PLUS another tap to reject with a hang up, as opposed to voicemail, makes this app killer. I can see in the call history that the spam calls are getting less. I had been receiving a few/hour. The app layout is easy on the eyes, too. Excellent work!

Not gonna lie, my spam calls have dropped 60-75% since I installed this app and set it as my default. I'd get upwards to 25-40 calls a week from spam. the most I've gotten at this point was 5 calls for the week! obviously my math isn't mathing, but poor statistics aside, it works!

provides a few additional features that my pixel doesn't default have, but when dialing it holds the buttons down indefinitely. doesn't have a favorite contacts section and is pretty bad to use as a default phone app.
