Permissions Notice: Block Guard requires "Default SMS Handler" and "Default Phone Handler" permissions. These are necessary to send/receive messages and manage calls directly, allowing the app to filter spam effectively before it reaches your notifications.

Ratings and reviews

So far great app. Had it for a few days and cut out about 70 percent of spam calls. Couple of things. Anyway you can get the proximity sensor to work with the app. also with the dialer, anyway to type the first 2 or 3 letters of person name and it pulls up the person's name to dial. similar to what the default samsung dialer app does. also in text app, seems like no hyperlinks. when someone sends me a link, I cant click on it. have to copy and paste into browser. Thanks.

Fabulous! i keep getting random phone calls that I got certain loans. I've tried messing with them. I've tried giving them fake information. I've tried yelling at them. I've tried just hanging up on them, and they still come through. And i've tried blocking 'em.This app is the only app that has stopped it.And it tells me how many it's stopped in a day without actually physically getting calls! its cheaper than any other stuff out there.

This app is amazing for call blocking! I still use an old number which gets robo calls using it's area code. I know noone from that area code so all calls from it are scams. The last 3 weeks, I had been getting 1-2 calls an hour from 9am to 9 pm. I went looking for a call blocker which blocks area codes specifically. No calls from that robocaller since making this app my default. UPDATE 5 stars. Messaging works also since this last update. Thank you. :)
