Default Phone Handler (READ_PHONE_STATE, CALL_PHONE, ANSWER_PHONE_CALLS, READ_CALL_LOG, WRITE_CALL_LOG, MODIFY_PHONE_STATE): Essential for making/receiving calls, displaying Caller ID, blocking unwanted calls, managing call history, and setting call screening rules.

Default SMS Handler (READ_SMS, RECEIVE_SMS, SEND_SMS): Necessary for sending/receiving text messages, managing conversations, and blocking SMS spam.

READ_CONTACTS: Used to display contact names for calls/messages and for whitelisting/blocking contacts you choose.
