Hermes is a simple, offline-first weekly training planner built to help you plan your week — and adapt everything when life inevitably changes.

Most fitness apps turn training into performance: charts, numbers, pressure, and guilt.
Hermes goes the other way.

It treats the week as the core unit of planning, offering a calm, flexible space to organize your workouts and reshuffle them whenever you need.

What Hermes focuses on:

- Keeping everything offline, distraction-free;
