About this app

Ragya is the first-of-its-kind music streaming service dedicated to Indian classical music. Ragya's default mode makes enjoying and discovering Indian classical music simple for listeners as it curates and plays based on the time of the day. This is based on the raga system in Indian classical music which is structured around the 8 time sections in the day.
Further, listeners on Ragya can dive deeper and learn about the artiste, raga and the composition too.

I appreciate the effort in keeping the Hindustani Classical music alive. I daily play free app during my morning walk; gives an amazing start to my day. While the app periodically mentions about daily uploads, am unable to hear any of those new tracks. As I know, only 7/8 tracks play during 6am to 9am; no new track got played for about 6 months. Could you also try incorporating a feature to select a specific raga from the list suitable to be played during the corresponding time of the day/night

Hello Tejas ji, the free version of Ragya has limited music, but we will be adding a few more songs to it in a couple of days too. However, if you listen to Ragya everyday, do consider upgrading to Premium to listen to all the music on Ragya. We're also working on the feature that you've suggested along with others.

Love the concept, especially Prahar. This app has become my early morning necessity, besides tea :) It would greatly help subscribers if the app show notifications when new artist or music is added. Another thought is to crowd source information on ragas or even artists - provide an option for users to submit information which can be then reviewed and moderated by you. Asides this, there are few UX niggles which I have emailed you about. Keep up the good work!

Loved your simplicity. I have the older version of this app. A great subtle companion when reading morning newspaper or just relaxing. I just hope the free one doesn't get too many disturbing ads. Great work guys. Recommended in my circle who are avid classical listeners. Thanks
