The CPMS NER application is a dedicated digital platform for North Eastern Railway employees and authorised executing agency/unit. CPMS is an innovative initiative by the Indian Railways, available in the form of a mobile app as well as an online portal, to bring Executing agency/Unit and Railway Authorities on one platform to underwrite and mitigate the losses that occur in a calendar year, due to unmonitored digging activities across the Railways.

This app provides a mobile-optimised interface for the Cable Protection Management System, allowing users to:

• Access real-time project dashboards and progress.
• Submit and manage project requests and documentation.
• Submit and view field inspection reports.

Note: This application is for North Eastern Railway internal use only and requires authorised credentials provided by the department.
