We bought a 'Two Together' Railcard for my mobile phone using the Railcard App which seems to work ok. However, when it came to payment on the website, there was an offer of "£16.87 cash back". This was very deceptive as you might think it's cashback for a rail ticket purchase, but it's not. It's for a shopping website. I felt totally deceived. The shopping website doesn't make it easy to cancel your subscription either, you have to download a form or phone there contact centre. So beware!

I renewed my railcard. I was sent a code. It wasn't obvious where to enter the renewal code in the railcard App. FYI you have to click on the + sign in the top right hand corner of the page. I'm not psychic so I've just spent 15 quite stressful minutes working that out!! I'm disabled & I believe a renewal should be as simple as possible. It wasn't! Did the developers roadtest the upgrade of the app with any disabled people? I'm left feeling angry & disappointed.

Not so much the app as the whole bloody process of trying to access the railcard. It is not over 65 friendly. Give round in circles for nearly an hour before finally hitting on the right sequence. Get a plastic one much easier. And now I'm watching the wheel of doom because it doesn't want to submit my neg report.
