Railink Airport Train provide an easy access between Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Jakarta and Kualanamu International Airport, Medan.

With the new revamp, this application comes with many updates such as, new user interface for easy of use for passengers. Many of the new features as follows:

Easy Booking

Enjoy new user interface to purchase an Airport Train tickets. Also get a recommended train schedule for traveling to and from the airport. Many payment channels are also available at the application for your convinience. All of the purchased tickets are comes with their own barcode that can be use as tickets at the gate.

Flexi Time

This feature are perfect for those who will travel in moment notice, purchase a ticket at you selected date and travel with any of our train schedule from that date. When you ready to go just choose your desired schedule on the application.

Flexi Quota

A regular Airport Train Passengers? save your money by buying your Airport Train tickets upfront and saves in the long run. After purchasing selected quota, you can easily select the desired schedule on the day of your departure. Flexi Quota are applicable on all destination on the same city.

e-Boarding

Save papers by not printing tickets at the vending machine, just use your phone at the gate, and tap away. If you are purchasing more than one ticket with the same account, just share your barcode with your traveling partner in this menu.

Easy Refund

Changed your mind? no worries please refund your ticket with ease on the refund menu, all of your bank details can be inputted here and monitor your refund process.

Not user friendly, but tickets only show Medan and Yogyakarta, nothing for Jakarta to BNI City, strange.....

Totally useless. I tried so many times to pay the ticket that I booked, but it always shows error. The payment method also bad. Can't pay even use the payment code for the available payment methods. One more, 10 minutes is a short time for paying the booked ticket.

The system is tottally stupid. Do not provide pay cash at the counter. Must use credit card or local bank card to buy the ticket. The apps also totally not user friendly. No helping/Customer service number to get help. Once you booked, u cant find where to cancel it eventhough you havent pay it. Yet also you have to pay via credit card or local bank...and not all local bank they accept it. To me its a really...really..really stupid system. Totally not a user and tourist friendly system.
