Keeps disconnecting. Will not reconnect. Nothing has changed in my home network and now I have to reconnect it for some reason but can't. Also, won't even let me sign into my account now. Have changed the password and still nothing. I use a password manager so I know it's right. I work in IT so I know networks. This app, this product, absolute garbage.

I have deleted and re-added the controller several times in an attempt to fix things with no improvement. It is installed 40ft from my router, so connection issues shouldn't be a problem. However, it only functions correctly maybe 10% of the time. Sometimes sprinklers will be running with nothing showing in the app and others it will show sprinklers running in the app with none actually on. Forget trying to set a schedule too, it will always just get reset for "tomorrow". 0 stars if I could.

update: Sending request for custom or quick run does not work. with that said, the trick to keep your connection consistent is to keep your Bluetooth connected at the same time as your Wi-Fi. this app sucks, it will get stuck on a station. even though it completed the program. once that happens i have to delete the controller and do it all over again. Just a POS app. I did send the logs and in response was" We sorry, our app suxx and haha you got scammed" Really?
