The enrolled Carpenters have to ensure that they furnish information in its true form and any misrepresented information will result in permanent disqualification, from the Program and all other Programs run by Shree Timbers Plywood.
The Carpenter is liable for disqualification/expulsion from this Program, on the observation/report of any unfair trade practices being carried out.
The Carpenter is liable for disqualification/expulsion from this Program if the management of Shree Timbers Plywood believes that the actions/act/omissions of Carpenter is harmful to the interest of the Shree Timbers Plywood and/or is adversely affecting the goodwill or reputation of Shree Timbers Plywood.
Shree Timbers Plywood reserves the right to take legal action against the Carpenter if they are found to be ill-practicing or adversely affecting the goodwill of Shree Timbers Plywood
