About this app

This is the official controller for controlling and checking the status of Rainbow Robotics RBQ quadruped robots.

■ Check Before Use

This app is a dedicated tool for RBQ robots. It must be connected to the same network as the robot, and

control and monitoring functions cannot be used without the robot.

■ Real-time Control

· Direct control of movement and posture using dual left and right joysticks

· Motion commands such as standing, sitting, walking, stairs, and running

· Support for reinforcement learning-based walking mode

· Real-time adjustment of driving parameters (max speed, body height, foot height)

· Support for gamepad connection

■ Camera Video

· Receive real-time video from the robot camera

· Switch between front and rear cameras

· Operate the PTZ camera

■ Status Monitoring

· Battery level and voltage

· Display of IMU, CAN, posture estimation, and control status

· Check robot PC resources (CPU, memory, temperature)

· Accumulate driving distance and record segments

■ Logs and Diagnostics

· Real-time log stream

· View system logs by date

· Check and save black box session records

■ Two-way Voice Communication (Walkie-Talkie)

· Transmit your voice to the robot speaker via Push-to-Talk (PTT)

· Listen to ambient sounds in real-time through the device speaker

· Adjust robot microphone and speaker volume via the app

■ Safety

· Emergency stop button always visible

· Display control ownership — Check if another operator is controlling the robot

■ Requirements Permissions

· Microphone: Used only to send voice to the robot via Push-to-Talk (PTT).

Voice is delivered directly to the robot and is not stored or sent to a server.

· Location: Used to check the connected Wi-Fi name to determine if it is a robot network.

The system requests location permission to read Wi-Fi information. Location coordinates are not collected.

· App Installation Request: Used to download and install updates for apps themselves.

This device's camera does not record. It only receives and displays robot camera footage and surrounding sounds.

- 48V 확장·외부 전원을 일반 사용자도 설정에서 켜고 끌 수 있게 되었고, 전원 관련 용어를 쉽게 바꿨습니다.
- 다리 홈 자세(지그) 캘리브레이션 기능이 추가되고 설정의 캘리브레이션 탭으로 통합되었습니다.
