Utter rubbish for booking tickets as the moment you toggle out at the payment page to authenticate the transaction on your card, you lose all your progress and the selected seats. I lost my Cat 1 seats thanks to this stupid app. I had to settle for Cat 4 ones by the time I had access to a PC to complete my purchase. Also the seat selection page feels clumsy and not optimized for mobile use.

even though the bar at the top of the ticket wallet tab indicates the number of events previously attended, I can't view the actual events when I click into the "Past>" button. I think this used to be functional though. now the only option is to browse through booking history but that requires a separate login again. UX could be improved

The worst app I have ever used. My tickets were visible last night and this morning, then when I arrived at the venue they'd gone and so was all my booking history. It also can't find ANY events, even if searched by the exact name or venue. Update: it now doesn't let me log in at all!
