Terrible, Terrible app! Log in takes a long time. And it makes you log in again and again. I am not sure if this can be classified as an app, as when I tried to book tickets for the film festival, it brings me to the browser website page. Why will you need to use an app that just brings you the website? Mystifying!

Horrible. Who design their website and this app. Seat selection doesnt work all the time. I cant complete my transaction at all on both website and on the app. I give up. Have to go to a physical location to purchase ticket now. Whats the point of having a website and app when it doesnt work at all. Useless. Need a better ticketing company to break this monopoly.

I think you guys should fire those who made this app. Totally suck and useless. Installed, sign in and it showed blank app. Waited for eternity for it to load but never happen. Closed the app, reopen again, tried login and ended up keep telling me wrong password, yet I can login via web browser. You guys better improve on the app or just remove it.
