This app is trash. It never stays connected. Tech support told me it was bad board. Board replaced and still disconnects all the time. They guy who installed it told me that I could unplug and plug it back up to fix it. That works for about 1 hour then disconnects. Rainsoft should do away with this app if they're softener system cannot actually communicate with it.

LAST UPDATE: Like everyone said... System keeps showing disconnected. Total junk app. UPDATE: Worked with tech support which was good. Took about a week to get system back synced to the app. Basically have to remove everything from app and add system. Unfortunately this took several tries over several days as each time you add the system, you have to wait (24hrs). Now carbon filter also shows.

This is a useless app and Rainsoft should just remove it as an option. Connecting it to the system isn't possible as designed. Well, unless you know the secret way to do it. The way provided doesn't work. It cycles to registering accont and says can take up to an hour, WHAT!!! I mean what is it trying to register. Just use the website. Rainsoft is such a disappointment with this. Well decided to delete my account and uninstall the app, It's useless. Debating whether to have the system removed.
