About this app

Raios360 is the mobile companion for field workers using the Raios360 platform. Execute tasks, fill out dynamic forms, track attendance, manage scheduled visits, and browse organizational data - all with full offline support.

TASK MANAGEMENT
View and execute assigned tasks with real-time status updates. Accept, start, pause, and complete tasks directly from the field. Access task details, comments, and attached forms.

FORM FILLING
Fill out dynamic forms with 39+ field types - text, photos, photo tag (camera capture with metadata overlay), signatures, audio, barcode scanning, GPS, and check-in location (GPS + timestamp proof). Real-time validation flags errors as you type. Automatic device-integrity checks capture fraud signals (root, mock location, VPN, emulator) for compliance, and GPS metadata is reverse-geocoded to a location name and address. Use Quick Forms for standalone submissions, and save drafts to submit when ready.

SCHEDULED VISITS
View assigned field visits with client and branch information. Check in and check out with automatic GPS location capture. Schedule daily recurring visits for regular field routes. Record visit outcomes, add notes, and attach photos.

ATTENDANCE TRACKING
Attendance status is prominently displayed on your home screen for quick access. Clock in and out with GPS location verification. Track breaks throughout the day. View your attendance history.

DATA BROWSE
Browse your organization's product catalog, serial assets (with status, warranty, and linked product info), and lot/batch items with expiration tracking. Search custom databases, and access mobile-enabled Data Views with pre-configured filters and columns. Review your submission history with full metadata including device, location, network, and Device Integrity signals.

REFERENCE PAGES
View configurable record pages - such as product, client, or asset detail layouts - that your organization publishes to mobile under the Reference section. Pick a record to see its full page. Pages are available offline once synced for quick lookups in the field.

EXPORT WIZARD
Export data from multiple modules including tasks, submissions, clients, products, serials, and lots. Configure export fields and filters, and download as CSV or Excel format.

GLOBAL SEARCH
Command palette for quick access to tasks, clients, forms, and more. Search across all modules from a single search bar with instant navigation to results.

USER IMPORT
Import users in bulk via CSV upload. Map CSV columns to user fields for streamlined onboarding of large teams.

FULL OFFLINE MODE
Work without internet connectivity - all essential data is synced to your device. Fill forms, update task statuses, and submit work offline. Queued actions automatically sync when connectivity returns. Visual indicators show offline status and pending uploads.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Receive real-time alerts for task assignments, status changes, and form submission updates. In-app notification center with full history.

TEAM CHAT
Coordinate with your team in direct, group, and project chat channels. Send photos and file attachments, react to messages, and @mention teammates. Unread badges keep you on top of new activity, read receipts show delivery status, and you can tap to acknowledge announcements that require confirmation.

MULTI-ORGANIZATION
Switch between organizations without logging out. Each organization maintains its own data, settings, and permissions.

SECURITY
Secure authentication with optional OTP verification. Device integrity verification detects rooted/jailbroken devices, mock locations, VPN usage, and emulators. Role-based permissions control what you can see and do. All data is organization-scoped with multi-tenant isolation.

What’s new

Fixes for offline sync and form entry.

- Submissions that cannot upload no longer retry forever or hold up everything else in the sync queue. If one fails, it now tells you why instead of sitting on "pending".
- The home screen no longer says "all synced" when something has failed.
- Retry now retries immediately.
- Fixed the Address field deleting the space you had just typed.
- Spreadsheets, CSVs and Word documents can now be attached to forms.
