I am the Founder & CEO of EarnWealth Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India’s first Social Commerce FinTech Startup, founded in mid-2014—when "FinTech" as a term was hardly known. My vision was to empower individuals by turning them into financial consultants who could educate and guide their communities using technology.

EarnWealth was designed to solve a critical gap in the financial ecosystem—lack of access and awareness. We built a mobile-first platform where anyone could become an Independent Financial Consultant (IFC) and offer financial products like insurance, loans, and mutual funds to their network. By Dec 2021, over 50,000+ consultants used the EarnWealth Android App to serve their customers across India, creating income opportunities while spreading financial literacy.

Over five years of running EarnWealth, I engaged deeply with users and partners and discovered the challenges genuine sub-prime and early-stage borrowers faced—limited credit history, traditional underwriting, and lack of personalized solutions. Most of these people were either underserved or completely ignored by the formal credit system.

To address this, I launched Speed Finance in 2019 with a mission to democratize access to credit. Speed Finance focuses on empowering credit-invisible and underserved individuals by using alternative credit scoring, data intelligence, and mobile-first onboarding. We aim to make borrowing simple, fast, and fair for everyone—especially those outside the radar of traditional banks and NBFCs.

Today, Speed Finance serves over 15 lakh customers across India. From gig workers to first-time borrowers, we offer products that truly meet their needs. Our tech-driven approach ensures fast processing, responsible lending, and improved financial inclusion at scale.

From launching a social commerce model in financial services to building a next-gen digital lending platform, my journey has been fueled by a passion for creating impact. I believe in using technology not just for innovation, but for inclusion—ensuring that every individual, no matter their background, has a fair chance at financial growth.
