Rakanify is the app for licensed recruitment agents and agencies in Malaysia. Keep your candidates, clients, jobs and placements in one place, and work with other licensed agencies when a job needs more candidates.
Rakanify is for approved agencies. You sign in with your Rakanify account. Accounts are approved by the Rakanify team, so the app has no sign-up screen.

• See what needs you today: candidates in progress, new applications, unread chats and network tasks.
• Follow how many of your candidates reached each hiring step.
Candidates
• Keep a profile for every candidate who accepted you as their recruiter: resume, skills, preferences and your private notes.
• Invite candidates with your personal link, QR code or Agent Code. Candidates register and accept you themselves.
Clients and jobs
• Add the companies you recruit for, set the recruitment terms for each one, and chat with them.
• Post jobs for your clients. Edit, close or reopen them at any time.
• Answer requests from companies that are looking for a licensed agency.
Matching, applications and offers
• Rank your candidates against a job with Smart Match or AI Match, shortlist the best and submit them.
• Follow every application, chat with the candidate and arrange interviews.
• Send offer letters and see the candidate's answer.
Deals and earnings
• Record each placement: the start date, the invoice, the client's payment and the guarantee period.
• Report a hire who left and handle free replacements.
• See what you have received and what is still to come.
Network
• Share a job, or offer your candidates, to other licensed agencies. Names stay hidden until both agencies accept the same deal terms.
• Follow requests, terms and shared deals in one place.
Team and security
• Account owners invite their agents and choose whether the team shares candidates and clients.
• Sign in with Face ID or fingerprint, and lock the app when you leave it.
• Get notifications for new applications, chats and deal steps.
• Available in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese (Simplified).
