Ramana Maharhshi was a guru of international renown from southern India who taught during the first half of the twentieth century. He was born in 1879 near Madurai, Tamilnadu. In the summer of 1896, Ramana went into an altered state of consciousness which had a profound effect on him. He experienced what he understood to be his own death, and later returned to life.

When he was seventeen years old, Ramama left for Arunachala, arriving after four days of mostly train travel. He went directly to the central shrine at the temple and addressed the Shiva symbol (linga) stating he had given up everything and come to Arunachala in response to the god's call.

I bought the app and changed over Android phones, but I'm still getting the free version that is unbearable with all the ads. I've emailed you my issue, but you still haven't responded. Very disappointed.

I know since 1978 Ramana's spiritual Teaching and this App doesn't. This App frequently repeats about 'japa' (the repetition of 'mantras) and this is not the Teaching nor the 'method' which He teaches. None of the daily sayings which this App attributes to Him; none ever say the source, the books from where that spiritual saying, comes from. The reader can't verify if that saying is correct and His. I wrote months ago to this App's email ..and never received a reply.

I have been using this app for more than a year now. Each day it enriches your mind with new perspective of life, helping you to see things more clearly between real and unreal.
